1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the InspiredWay platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the InspiredWay platform.
  2. Changes to Terms. InspiredWay may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. You should review these Terms periodically to be aware of any changes.
  3. Account and Security. To access certain features of the InspiredWay platform, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself, and to maintain the accuracy and completeness of this information. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for restricting access to your account.
  4. User Content. You may be able to upload, post or otherwise transmit content through the InspiredWay platform, including, but not limited to, coursework, projects, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain all rights in and to your User Content, and are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with these Terms.
  5. Use of User Content. By uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting User Content through the InspiredWay platform, you grant InspiredWay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the InspiredWay platform and for other purposes as determined by InspiredWay in its sole discretion.
  6. Proprietary Rights. The InspiredWay platform and its content, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of InspiredWay and its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not use the InspiredWay platform or its content in any manner that infringes the rights of InspiredWay or its licensors.
  7. Disclaimers. The InspiredWay platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and InspiredWay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the content or information included on the platform. InspiredWay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
  8. Limitation of Liability. InspiredWay shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the InspiredWay platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if InspiredWay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold InspiredWay and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the InspiredWay platform or your violation of these Terms.
  10. Termination. InspiredWay may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend your access to the InspiredWay platform without notice.
  11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
  12. Dispute Resolution.
